FusionLabs offers refunds for individual course purchases requested within 14 days, provided that less than 10% of the course has been accessed and no completion certificate has been issued. Technical issues caused by FusionLabs will be addressed promptly, with refunds or alternative access considered where appropriate. FusionLabs aims to provide high-quality professional training. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that:
you have accessed less than 10% of the course content; and
no course completion certificate has been issued.
Once more than 10% of a course has been completed, or a certificate has been issued, refunds will normally not be provided.
If you are unable to access a course due to a technical problem caused by FusionLabs, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to restore access within a reasonable period, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or alternative access.
Refunds for organisational, group, or enterprise purchases are governed by the applicable contract or purchase agreement.
